The Planning Coordinator will assist with a variety of planning, forecasting and reporting activities. This position will interact with a variety departments collecting data and planning for activities in support of company goals.
A HS Diploma/GED and 2 full years work experience is required. Some college level and/or APICS certification coursework and experience in a planing role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Skills and general experience: Excellent communication and organization skills. Proven ability to follow through on assigned tasks and pay attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office products, data entry skills, diligence, willingness to learn and desire to excel is required.
Alternative qualification: Proven ability to excel in a fast paced and complex environment and extensive knowledge of the outdoor industry.
